    This is not your average weightlifting class. This is a dynamic hybrid session focused on unlocking your strength and improving how you move.

    You'll work through a series of exercises and supersets at 5–6 carefully arranged stations, building muscle and mastering functional movements that translate to everyday life. With coaching focused on proper form, intelligent progressions, and ample rest, you'll develop a resilient and powerful physique.

Experience a full-body workout on the Reformer—an ingenious apparatus featuring a sliding carriage, springs, ropes, and pulleys— that provides a dynamic and effective full-body workout while building core strength, flexibility, and mobility. Our sessions emphasize the six original Pilates principles: Concentration, Control, Centering, Flow, Precision, and Breathing. This intentional approach aims for exceptional results.

  • Tower Pilates

    Discover the power of the Cadillac — an incredibly effective apparatus that brings the benefits of the Trapeze Table into a vertical format. This dynamic class combines the classical Mat repertoire performed on an elevated surface with the precise resistance training offered by utilizing the push-through bar, roll-down bar, various spring settings and more. This class integrates two powerful elements of the Pilates system to deliver a balanced, full-body workout.

  • Mat Pilates

    Blending the structured, systematic foundation of classical Pilates with innovative, contemporary variations designed to challenge and engage.

    While we adhere to the core principles of control, concentration, and centering, we also incorporates new exercises, modifications, and small props to adapt movements to modern bodies and knowledge. You will build core strength, enhance flexibility, and refine alignment through controlled, mindful movements.
