Meet the trainers

Alycia

Alycia began her bodybuilding journey in 2012, shortly after having her second daughter. She set a goal to compete in the NPC in 2013 and was nationally qualified in the bikini category after her second competition. During that time, she also started outdoor boot camps for fellow moms and became a strength coach for both men and women. She has always had a passion for fitness, growing up playing club soccer and racing motocross both locally and nationally.
Alycia, her husband and three daughters moved from San Diego to Arizona in 2020, Knowing her new town and community needed something more, she opened up On Point in 2022, creating a space for women to move and train freely, without judgement or fear. It’s been a non stop journey since then.

Jennifer began studying yoga in 2007 as a way to cross-train and maintain flexibility as a long-distance runner, after an injury. She previously taught classes for the Driven Fitness Pilates Studio in Ohio and is currently certified in the following:
YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise, Merrithew Total Barre™ and ZEN∙GA® mind-body modality, Yoga Alliance 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, TRX® Suspension training, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Personal Fitness Trainer, Pilates Reformer 1 Instructor, Pilates Mat 1 Instructor. Jennifer has also worked in the environmental compliance field for the last 30 years and teaches environmental college courses.

My name is Breeann, but you can call me Bree. I am originally from Washington State, but my 13 years in the military took me all over the US and I landed back in my favorite state. I have been working out since 2014. I’ve done bodybuilding, powerlifting, and just training for life. I decided it would be fun to go to school and graduated with my degree in Sport Science and Performance Programming from ASU! My heart is full when I’m helping women feel confident, not only in a gym setting, but in life. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and I love helping you embrace that.
