4 Weekly Group Sessions

$305.00

Cost is monthly.

All training packages include:
- Key fob for 24/7 facility access including all holidays.
- Client account on the On Point app, programmed with our strength training guide & online workouts.
- Joining our online community, connecting you with other women at On Point.
- New client goodie bag.

Please read before purchasing:
1. All training packages require a 6 month agreement. Single Session Drop-in's are available without an agreement.
2. New client paperwork will be emailed upon purchasing. Paperwork must be completed and provided to the trainer the day of client's first session.
3. Monthly payments begin the day of signing and will reoccur on the same day of each month.
4. Payments will continue until a written cancellation request is submitted in-person after the initial 6 month period has been completed. Agreement must be paid in full to end prior to 6 months. Exceptions to completing 6 months are relocating outside of Pinal county with proof of new residence or health/ medical issues with a physician's note.
5. Sessions do not roll over to the following week nor the following month.
6. No private or group training on Thanksgiving, that Friday, a portion of Christmas week and NYE evening. Sessions that fall on those dates cannot be rescheduled to a following week and are not deducted from the monthly invoice. Sessions remain the same for all other holidays.

Fees:
1. A $15 late fee will occur for any invoices that are 5 days past their due date.
2. A $10 "No Show" fee will occur for any bookings that are not cancelled nor attended.
