Group Training

  • Our group training packages range from 2 to 5 weekly sessions and include our Strength Training, Reformer Pilates, Boxing and Conditioning and Mommy & Mini sessions.

    Clients select their training package by determining the number of weekly sessions desired. They then have the ability to choose between any of our group training sessions, keeping sessions the same each week or changing them as desired.

    Cost is monthly.

  • Strength Training

    Sessions are focused on physique and strength development and improving body composition by decreasing body fat % and increasing muscle. Weekly workouts include an upper body, lower body, full body and a glute/ hamstrings day. We utilize machines, dumbbells, barbells, cables and more. Clients are taught proper form, technique, intensity and recovery.

    We provide modifications for all skill levels and beginners are welcome!

  • Reformer Pilates

    Challenging, full body workouts that are designed to increase strength and sculpt the body, notably midsection and glutes. These sessions will improve mobility, coordination and posture. Pilates is a low impact workout which makes it an ideal option for most women. Reformer machines are used for these sessions; please arrive 10 minutes early for instruction is you do not have prior experience.

    We offer Level 1 for beginners and Level 2 for those with experience.

  • Boxing & Conditioning

    These high intensity sessions are a dynamic blend of boxing and interval training that will increase endurance, agility and strength. Sessions include boxing fundamentals, combinations and footwork along with conditioning drills and core exercises. Heavy bags with gloves, plyo boxes, resistance bands, slam balls, etc are/ can be used during sessions.

    We provide modifications for all skill levels and beginners are welcome!

  • Mommy & Mini: Postnatal Training

    Created for moms with babies who are 6 weeks to 1 year old. Workouts are designed to strengthen and sculpt the entire body while paying close attention to the pelvic floor, restoring the core and breath work. Sessions are completed on a mat and consist of exercises using dumbbells and bands.

    Babies are secured in a bouncer, stroller, or alike. Non-mobile babies may lay on a blanket near mom. Car seats are not recommended for napping.

  • 1:1 Sessions

    Private sessions provide clients with customized workouts and detailed instruction specific to their needs and goals. We have worked with a wide range of clientele with diverse backgrounds, skill levels, injuries, needs and/ or goals. This includes weight loss and muscle gain, pre and post natal, athletic training, bodybuilding competition prep, pre and post surgery, injury rehab, teen training, and more. This package includes 24/7 facility access and direct messaging to your trainer.

  • Complete Wellness COaching

    This completely personalized training package includes private sessions, custom training guides, nutrition coaching, weekly and monthly check-ins, direct messaging to your trainer and 24/7 facility access. Group sessions can also be added on. If you’re looking for an option that encompasses all services, this is the one for you.

  • Competition Prep & Posing

    This package is offered for bikini & wellness categories. Includes private training sessions, custom training guide, posing with routine, nutrition coaching, weekly and monthly check-ins, direct messaging to your trainer and 24/7 access to the facility.
