    Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:15 am

    These are full body, weight lifting sessions that incorporate functional movements applicable to other athletics and activities. Young ladies ages 13-17 years old will learn:

    - How to confidently walk into a gym, lift free weights and utilize machines.

    - Proper form and technique including squats, hinges, rows, and presses.

    - What exercises to use to target specific muscle group(s).

    - Body awareness, how to engage and utilize the intended muscle or muscle groups.
