High School Summer Strength Training

High School Strength Training is back! These are full body, weight lifting sessions that incorporate core & cardio circuits.

For 8 weeks, young women ages 13-17 will learn:

  • How to confidently walk into a gym, lift free weights and utilize machines.

  • Proper form and technique including squats, hinges, rows, and presses.

  • How to target specific muscle group(s).

  • Body awareness, how to engage and utilize the intended muscle or muscle groups.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 am from May 27 - July 17.

3 sessions may be prorated for $15 each from the total for pre-planned vacations and trips. Please reach out for a separate invoice to be adjusted and emailed.
