High School Summer Strength Training
High School Strength Training is back! These are full body, weight lifting sessions that incorporate core & cardio circuits.
For 8 weeks, young women ages 13-17 will learn:
How to confidently walk into a gym, lift free weights and utilize machines.
Proper form and technique including squats, hinges, rows, and presses.
How to target specific muscle group(s).
Body awareness, how to engage and utilize the intended muscle or muscle groups.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 am from May 27 - July 17.
3 sessions may be prorated for $15 each from the total for pre-planned vacations and trips. Please reach out for a separate invoice to be adjusted and emailed.
